SMOKED SALMON & CREAM CHEESE BAGELS

Make Bagels - Cure Salmon - Build a Smoker & Smoke Salmon - Make Cream Cheese

Join us in our yurt for a day producing incredible smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels.

​

We will start the day by producing a variety of differently flavoured bagels.

​

Next we will learn to cure a piece of salmon with your choice of a selection of cures.

​

Later we will learn about hot and cold smoking and investigate the variety of ways to create a smoker at home.

​

Finally, we will produce a champion cream cheese from organic milk.

​

Courses include tea, coffee and pastries on arrival, a glorious lunch, and tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon.

​

You will take home your bagels (if you've managed to resist eating them), cured salmon, cream cheese, recipe cards and hopefully a huge sense of achievement!

​

Courses run from 9:30 - 16:30

​

The atmosphere is relaxed, the delivery enthusiastic and the content both enjoyable and educational.

​

Our course numbers are kept small to ensure that you get the most from the day.
