Join us in our yurt for a day producing incredible smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels.
We will start the day by producing a variety of differently flavoured bagels.
Next we will learn to cure a piece of salmon with your choice of a selection of cures.
Later we will learn about hot and cold smoking and investigate the variety of ways to create a smoker at home.
Finally, we will produce a champion cream cheese from organic milk.
Courses include tea, coffee and pastries on arrival, a glorious lunch, and tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon.
You will take home your bagels (if you've managed to resist eating them), cured salmon, cream cheese, recipe cards and hopefully a big smile and huge sense of achievement!
Courses run from 9:30 - 16:30
The atmosphere is relaxed, the delivery enthusiastic and the content both enjoyable and educational.
Our course numbers are kept small to ensure that you get the most from the day.

We know that things can happen and sometimes you need to cancel a booking or rearrange the date. We will always do everything we can to accommodate this. Our cancellation and refund policy is below.
Cancellation seven days or less before the event – no refund (however, please see Attending in Place below).
Cancellation more than seven days but less than six weeks – we will try and sell the space. If the space is sold we will issue a voucher for the same value to be used at an alternative date. Administration fee of £15 charged.
Cancellation more than six weeks in advance we will transfer you to an alternative course of the same value at no additional cost.
Attending in place
Friends and family will be allowed to attend in place of a course participant provided 24 hours notice is given.
