SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fantastic, educational courses delivered from our yurt in Gloucestershire. As such, we don't usually send you anything (all communication is by email) and so a shipping policy is not typically applicable. The one exception is where you request a free gift invitation for one of our courses - in this case we will post this out to you by first class post.

RETURN POLICY

We know that things can happen and sometimes you need to cancel a booking or rearrange the date. We will always do everything we can to accommodate this. Our cancellation and refund policy is below.

 

Cancellation seven days or less before the event – no refund (however, please see Attending in Place below).

 

Cancellation more than seven days but less than six weeks – we will try and sell the space. If the space is sold we will issue a voucher for the same value to be used at an alternative date. Administration fee of £15 charged.

 

Cancellation more than six weeks in advance we will transfer you to an alternative course of the same value at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to cancel any of our courses at any time. In the event of a course cancellation we will endeavour to give a minimum of seven days notice. Opportunity to transfer to another course will be offered. If no alternative is suitable then a full refund will be given.

 

Attending in place

Friends and family will be allowed to attend in place of a course participant provided 24 hours notice is given.
