Join us in our yurt for a day learning about the power of raw!

We begin the day making three different varieties of raw power balls.

​

Next we take an in depth look at growing your own fruit and vegetables and how to maximise your growing space irrespective of how big or small it is.

 

Later we make raw chocolate brownies with nut butter smoothies.

​

Finally we explore the beneficial raw power shots that can be made using fruit and vegetables that we are able to grow here in the UK.

 

Courses include tea, coffee and raw treats on arrival, a glorious raw foods lunch and tea, coffee and raw apple cake in the afternoon.

 

You will take home your raw power balls, raw chocolate brownies, recipe cards, growing guides and hopefully a big smile and huge sense of achievement!

 

Courses run from 9:30 - 16:30.
